Scientists incident.
Meteorological observers watched white, luminous object move east to west at high speed, "caused magnetic changes in geomagnetic instruments." A hovering object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue-green disc was observed by several male military witnesses on the ice for 20 minutes (Duran Martinez). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 403: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
