In early November 1928 20:30 Milton Ne4M, North Dakota, USA 
6-7m silver domed disc beams rays of light onto field. Vacuum cleaner sound.
A flying disc was observed. It buzzed a witness. One luminous disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by two male witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, in a pasture for over three minutes (Sabie). A vacuum cleaner-like sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
