A flying disc was observed and photographed. One disc, four times the size of the moon, was observed by one male 14-year-old witness in a residential area for over one minute (Kirsch; Tom). Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
