Police incident.
Electromagnetic effect. Object with portholes landed in field, bright illumination. Took off "vertically at great speeds." An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One orange star was observed by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) in a field for 90 seconds (Campos). Two silhouetted beings were seen.
