Electromagnetic effect: engine. Bright yellow sphere hovered low over road. Car engine restarted inself when UFO departed.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One yellow ball was observed by more than three witnesses, typical age 28, on a highway for five minutes (Sutcliffe).
