Electromagnetic effect: car engine and lights died. Cone-shaped UFO stopped in sky. Outdoor farm lights are went out.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and gravity effects were noted. One white cone-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed in clear weather by three witnesses in a rural area for two minutes (Austin; Butler). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 444: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
