Lap Airline incident.
Hovering oval object accelearated so fast that it disappeared off the radar scope after one sweep, too fast to be tracked. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red oval object was observed by several witnesses for over 25 minutes.
