Private Pilot incident.
Circular object paced aircraft, suddenly tipped and shot away. Electromagnetic effect: magnetic compass deflection. Out of sight in under 1 second. An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One circular object was observed by one male witness (Feugen, H).
