Woman walking dog saw delta-shaped object with bright perimeter approach and hover momentarily within 150 feet of powerlines, accelerated fast out of view.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One dark delta-shaped object, about 80 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female 35-year-old witness at an electric plant for 18 seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
