Local wave of UFO sightings in Utah near Vernal and Roosevelt.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. More than one object, about 40 feet across, were observed by several male witnesses, typical age 38, in a desert (Batty). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
