Army signal corp engineers in downtown Washington watched jet interceptors chase group of discs east of city.
Objects were observed. They zig-zagged through the air. 12 white discs were observed by several military witnesses in a city for over three minutes (Dickey; Velton). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
