Steady white light on level path, stops abruptly, changed color to red. Alternated red-white at three second intervals. Object moved away to the southwest . Explanation: Venus.
A hovering object was observed. One changing color light was observed by military witnesses for a few minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
