USAF F-94C incident. Explanation: Flare.
Ground radar made contact with UFO, vectored jet interceptor towards it. Radar operator visually sighted the object, UFO subsequently was locked-on by airborne radar set. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. Two white objects were observed by two experienced male military witnesses in a warplane for 12 seconds (Martin).
