Man with dog on run saw large, Moon sized, orange light move rapidly across sky in straight line, reverse direction instantly, come back, reverse direction again to the southwest, then left to the southeast.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One orange light, the size of the moon, was observed by one witness. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
