Student incident.
Rectangular, 5m thick, metallic glassy surface, 100m away. Bluish yellow bottom lights, green lights on side. Trees swayed, television static. Streetlights went off, came back 20 minutes later. An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One metallic rectangular object, around 300 feet away, was observed by one witness in a residential area for 20 minutes.
