Dog barks, objects come within 1000 feet inflate like balloons and change from red with green mist to blue with white mist.
Objects were observed. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. A group of changing color balls was observed. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
