Object seen 40 yards in diameter. Had two white lights on each side that randomly changed.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One circular object, about 150 feet across, was observed. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
