Object seen northwest to the southwest. Shaped like hourglass and moving vertically in and out of clouds.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One black bowtie-shaped object was observed. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
