Object swooped toward witness' car, then moved off behind disappearing from sight. Mile Marker 205 highway 10 Pecos.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One V-shaped object was observed. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
