In late February 1970 12:00 Terrace, British Columbia, Canada 
Second Grade Boy incident.
Unintelligible language. Boy saw dwarf under 4' tall, greenish toned skin, bare feet, long fingernails, nearby round UFO. Jabbered, removed object from waist belt, squirted putty substance in its hand. An object was observed. Metallic traces found. One object was observed by one male child in a forest for two minutes. One 3.9-foot-tall little green man was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
