Object with cone-shaped orange flame at its tail moved southwest to the northeast, made droning noise like a motor. Estimated altitude 20,000'.
An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One object was observed by one male witness (Taylor).
