Luminous blue-red ball hovers 30 feet over oil installation, spinning. Emits beam of light, hit house near tanks, house caught fire. Airport radar detected UFO.
A hovering object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. Traces found. One blue-red ball, about 2 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed by three experienced witnesses at an oil field.
