Dome disc viewed through binoculars by lawyer and his son. Moved up and down, slow pace, kept changing its shape. Whirling lights and bars on dome resembling windows. to the south
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One shifting-shape object was observed by two male witnesses on the ocean for over 15 minutes (Ong Huck Hong). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
