Retired Military incident.
Radio frequency intererence. High intensity blue arcing lights flucuated around perimeter of craft, went to the west in zigzag pattern 100-300 knots, jumped distances of .5mile to three miles almost instantaneously. FM radio static. An object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue triangle was observed by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) on the shore.
