In June 1994 Night Harbin, Mount Phoenix, China 
Returning to location of previous sighting, man views white UFO through binoculars, sees occupant who projects a beam at him that burns his forehead. Later claims contact, sex with female alien on train.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Physiological effects were noted. One yellow light was observed by several witnesses at a mountain (Mon Zhao Guo; Wang Cunqiao).
