300 feet long blimp, moves slowly through sky, hovers for 75 minutes. Purring sound, turns and moves off fast rapidly to the south.
A hovering cigar-shaped object was observed. One blimp-like object, about 300 feet across, was observed by a male witness in a city for over 75 minutes.
