Oil Tanker Crew incident.
Domed disc with rotating cupola, 75' diameter. Crew of tanker "Gori" watched UFO zig-zag, pace ship. Rosy neon glow from cylindrical "tailpipe". Red dome, yellow lower half, three pie-shaped spots. An object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. One gray domed disc, about 80 feet across, around 500 feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by three experienced male witnesses on the ocean for over 12 minutes (Globa). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
