Objects seen flying in and out of broken cloud cover--6 small ovals and a larger object, which was continually changing shape. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. Seven gray shifting-shape objects, larger than a star, were observed by over 33 military witnesses on the ocean for 20 minutes (Howard). Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 442: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
