Cluster of red nocturnal lights at high altitude. Return to ground level and buzz car.
Objects were observed. They buzzed a witness. More than one red light was observed by three witnesses on a highway for five minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
