200m long cigar hovers for three minutes 150m distance. Turns rapidly to the south, leaves extremely fast.
A hovering object was observed. One cigar-shaped object, about 600 feet across, was observed by three witnesses on a road for over three minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
