Electromagnetic effect: car battery discharges. Gray object 350 feet altitude, 100 feet diameter, trailing a streamer 200 feet long. three concentric sections underneath, slowly rotating inner ring. 160 other witnesses.
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One blue-green disc, about 150 feet across, was observed by two experienced male witnesses on a road for over three minutes (Hunter). A whistling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: MA3: MA1 plus any entities observed on board. i.e. the airship cases of the late nineteenth century.
