Red ball of light shoots over lake, drops in altitude, then shoots up vertically. Electromagnetic effect: television Radio frequency interference for 20 minutes.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red ball was observed by eight teenage witnesses at a lake for 20 minutes.
