Nautical UFO. 10m diameter disc rises out of Caspian Sea near shore. 50 and people on beach panic.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One orange disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by over 50 witnesses for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
