Three men saw several bright objects over power plant. In response to flashlight signal, two descended. Car engine stalled. two small domed discs with square windows, blue glow. Inside silhouettes with large heads.
Objects were observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two metallic domed discs were observed by three witnesses at an electric plant for ten minutes (Tosti, J). A silhouetted being was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
