Mass of UFOs described as "70 white pingpong balls" passes through sky southwest moving rapidly to the northeast .
Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Physiological effects were noted. Several white balls were observed by 300 witnesses in a town for 40 minutes.
