Fog or smoke. two in car watched 6 - 6" diameter discs overhead. One passes over hood of car, emitting smoke.
Objects were observed. They buzzed a witness. Six discs, about 6 inches across, were observed by two witnesses in a city for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
