Fog. Fishing in boat on West Point Lake, saw large light suddenly appear in the fog. Not moon (moon not full). Watched 15-20 seconds. Looked downward momentarily, then back up and object was gone.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One white ball, about 80 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in foggy weather by one male 36-year-old witness at a lake for 18 seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
