Playing baseball, looked up at C-130 jet and saw object hovering some distance behind it. Suddenly object "took off very fast" in southwest direction, and C-130 continued its flight.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One gray disc, about 20 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one male 14-year-old witness at a park for six seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
