Disc, Blue-Green beam narrow at top, 3' diameter at bot on gnd, but not illum. gnd. Bot of disc had inner circle of many red lights. Inside were four rocket-like cones, red glow. Came within 10'
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. One multi-colored disc, about 20 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by one male 39-year-old witness in the suburbs for 30 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
