Looked out and saw object Ran outdoors to watch as smooth metallic disc approached to within 50', hovered, four bright white lights across front,red and blue at edges. under 100 feet Altitude at closest.moved upward fast and to the west.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One multi-colored disc, about 80 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by two witnesses, typical age 19, in a city for over 12 minutes. A jet-like sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
