40 feet domed disc with rapidly blinking, multi-colored lights around edge. Very bright, steady white light aimed at witnesses from dome. Body of object glowed behind lights.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Three multi-colored domed oval objects, about 40 feet across, around 300 feet away, were observed in clear weather by three witnesses, typical age 17, in a town for 120 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
