Giant object flew over van, made corkscrew turn.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and aerobatic performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One multi-colored cylinder, about 80 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by two witnesses, typical age 44, in a forest for over one minute. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
