Driving US 23 north of Delaware, OH, slowed for lighted object just off highway at 50 feet altitude. Stopped and it came down to 15 feet; lights went out and it eather went away very fast or disappeared.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One white domed disc, about 20 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in overcast weather by one female 35-year-old witness on a farm for 3.5 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
