2" and two mm thick, with four tiles, each about one sq, solid matt black, joined by a translucent matter. 18 off gnd; watched from above; Never saw underside. Always moved gracefully at right angles.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One black rectangular object, about twenty feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female 71-year-old witness on a farm for over one minute. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
