Travelling east on New York Route 90, saw "lightning" flashes in the sky - always double flashes. object came close to car and paced them for few seconds, then retreated back to just flashing light.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One white oval object, about 80 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by three witnesses, typical age 37, on a farm for ten minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
