Radio frequency interference CB radio. Black 30 feet round object with two orbs on top over parking lot.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Three black domed discs, about 40 feet across, about forty feet away, were observed in rainy weather by six female witnesses, typical age 25, in a forest for over 18 minutes. No sound was heard.
