Geophysicist incident.
Dozens of red and white lights, 10-12 at time, in vertical, horizontal, and triangular formations seen in all parts of sky. Unusual objects were sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. Many multi-colored lights, several miles away, were observed in clear weather by two male witnesses, typical age 40, in a desert for 120 minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
