In April 1991 21:00 Oceanside, California , USA 
Ellipsoid with flat bottom and 30 and pulsating green and blue lights around edge of bottom. 150 feet long, 60-90 feet alt, 100 feet away. Moved slowly away. No est of speed.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One multi-colored elliptical, about fifty feet away, was observed by two female witnesses, typical age 50, in the suburbs for over one minute. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
