Couple driving on I-110 in city saw object arc rapidly west to south. It abruptly descended, either toward ground or Escambia Bay few miles distant.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One blue-white ball was observed in partly cloudy weather by two military witnesses, a married couple,, typical age 48, in a city for six seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
