Two in car see huge manta-ray shaped UFO moved overhead at 150mph. Rectangular panels on underside.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One multi-colored manta ray-shaped object, of huge size, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by two witnesses, typical age 35, on a farm for over four minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
